ІНФОРМАЦІЙНІ СИСТЕМИ І ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ЯК ІННОВАЦІЯ У СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСАМИ

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних фахівців з проблематики використання інформаційних систем і технологій як інноваційного інструменту у системі управління бізнес-процесами підприємств. Розкрито такі поняття, як “бізнес-процес”, “інформаційна система”, “інформаційні технології”, “Business Process Management”.
Встановлено перелік характерних рис бізнес-процесу, виходячи з підходів до його тлумачення.
Визначено, що для забезпечення ефективності сучасних підприємств в умовах використання новітніх методів та інструментів управління необхідне використання інноваційних технологій управління бізнесом.
Досліджено зв’язки між складовими системи управління підприємством з врахуванням використання інформаційних технологій та зазначено, що система управління бізнес-процесами підприємства охоплює усі рівні роботи підприємства.
З’ясовано, що на ринку ІТ існує велика кількість нотацій для розробки бізнес-процесів та охарактеризовано найпопулярніші з них.
Означено, що функціональність інформаційної системи управління бізнес-процесами підприємства визначається в першу чергу її призначенням і метою створення системи подібного рівня на підприємстві.
На підставі проведеного аналізу щодо виявлення основних інформаційних потреб для забезпечення прийняття управлінських рішень охарактеризовано функції підсистем інформаційної системи управління бізнес-процесами підприємства.
На основі проведеного дослідження охарактеризовано вимоги до інформаційної системи управління бізнес-процесами підприємства.
Означено, що для впровадження інноваційних технологій на підприємствах необхідний регулярний і безперервний процес та визначено його етапи.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES AS AN INNOVATION IN THE BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Summary

The article analyzes the research of domestic and foreign specialists on the problems of using information systems and technologies as an innovative tool in the system of business processes management of enterprises. We discovered such concepts as “business process”, “information system”, “information technology”, “Business Process Management”.
The list of the business process features is established, proceeding from the approaches to its interpretation.
It has been determined that in order to ensure the efficiency of modern enterprises in the use of the newest methods and tools of management, it is necessary to use innovative business management technologies.
The relations between components of the enterprise management system taking into account the use of information technologies are investigated and it is indicated that the business process management system of the enterprise covers all levels of the enterprise.
It is revealed that in the IT market there is a large number of notations for the development of business processes and characterized the most popular of them.
It is noted that the functionality of the information management system of business processes of the enterprise is determined primarily by its purpose and the purpose of creating a system of similar level in the enterprise.
Basing on the analysis of the identification of the basic information needs for providing management decisions, the functions of subsystems of the information management system of business processes of the enterprise are described.
On the basis of the conducted research the requirements for the information management system of business processes of the enterprise are described.
It is indicated that the introduction of innovative technologies at enterprises requires a regular and continuous process and its stages are determined.
