ЗАГАЛЬНОНАУКОВІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТОРГІВЛІ
Анотація
У науковій статті досліджено погляди провідних науковців сутності дефініції поняття «економічний потенціал підприємства». Узагальнено структуру економічного потенціалу на основі виокремлення основних його характеристик: об’єктивної та суб’єктивної. Запропоновано авторське визначення поняття «економічний потенціал підприємства» як можливості сукупних ресурсів і компетенцій підприємства створювати результат для зацікавлених осіб за допомогою реалізації бізнес-процесів. Авторами окреслена структура та представлена класифікація економічного потенціалу підприємства: за класифікаційними ознаками та видами проявів потенціалу. Доведено, що структуризація економічного потенціалу підприємства виходить безпосередньо із визначення потенціалу як сукупності ресурсів та компетенцій та підприємства як відкритої економічної системи. Визначено, що під структурою економічного потенціалу підприємства слід розуміти відносно стійкий спосіб організації елементів економічного потенціалу, який розкриває його будову, елементний склад, принцип формування і розвитку.

GENERAL APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF TRADE ENTERPRISES
Summary
In the scientific article the views of the leading scholars of the present day on the essence of the definition of the concept "economic potential of the enterprise" are researched. The structure of economic potential is generalized on the basis of distinguishing its main characteristics: objective and subjective. The author's definition of the concept "economic potential of the enterprise" as an opportunity of aggregate resources and competencies of the enterprise is created for the purpose of creating the result for the interested persons through the implementation of business processes. The authors outline the structure and present the classification of economic potential of the enterprise: according to the classification features and types of manifestations of potential. It is proved that the structuring of the economic potential of the enterprise proceeds directly from the definition of the potential as a combination of resources and competencies and the enterprise as an open economic system. It is determined that under the structure of economic potential of an enterprise it should be understood a relatively stable way of organizing elements of economic potential, which reveals its structure, elemental composition, the principle of formation and development.
